Customize a menu and delivery schedule that works for you and your family.
On-site prep: Cost includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, meal storage, clean-up, and travel. Client to provide storage containers.
Delivery: Cost includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, meal storage, travel/delivery. Client to provide storage containers which can then be re-used.
Cost of groceries and storage containers additional.
Small Gatherings
Private meal prep for events, luncheons, dinners, yoga retreats, small office lunches or parties (up to 20 people).
Drop-off service comes packaged in reusable glass containers (no cost to client) for family style service.
On-site service will include set up, presentation for buffet-style service, and clean-up.
Cooking Lessons
New to cooking and need to learn some basic skills?
Want to learn a few simple recipes that you can make ahead to simplify your life and add more
nutrition to your meals?
Tackling a more complex recipe and need support as you work your way through it?
Live-in person or via zoom.
